Nintendo Wii----Is it really all that good?

I have posted this because i have heard alot about the wii being a great console but it is really up their with the ps3 and xbox 360? please this question goes out to owners of BOTH wii and either ps3 of xbox 360!

i have not got any of them and am wondering which to get 4 christmas i know its a long time away but i want to know which is the best

i think wii is the best because it is all motion activated, but if you are looking for good internet choose ps3 because the ps3 is better and the internet is free but the xbox 360 you have to pay £50 a month.
